Two near-infrared images of the Western Wall in the Carina Nebula. The image on the right was captured by the 8.1 meter Gemini South Telescope in Chile using a near-infrared adaptive optics, which represented a 10-fold increase of the telescope's resolution.[1920 x 1799] (Credit: Gemini Observatory)
